Shipping Policy

Sealed TCG products are sensitive to tampering, so all sales are final and we do not accept returns. If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or not as described, contact us and we will make it right: contact@cactuscardhaus.com.

You may request a cancellation before your order ships. Approved cancellations are subject to a 6 percent cancellation fee, deducted from the refunded amount.

Return & Exchange Policy

Orders typically ship within 24 hours of payment. For Pre-Order and Back-Order items, please refer to the item description for estimated shipping times.

Pre-Order & Shipping Policy

Please read before placing a Pre-Order

When you purchase a Pre-Order (or Back-Order) item, all other items in your cart will ship together with that Pre-Order item. If the Pre-Order ships in 1 month, the rest of the items in that order will also ship in 1 month. If you want in-stock items shipped right away, place them in a separate cart and check-out as a separate order. Orders cannot be partially fulfilled or partially cancelled.

Pre-Order and Back-Order purchases are charged to your Card or PayPal at the time of purchase. Orders may be cancelled before shipment but are subject to a 6% cancellation fee. This fee will be deducted from the refunded amount and helps cover non-refundable payment processing fees charged when the original transaction is made.
